Anyway, let's get to talking about these monstrous strawberries that I had today. They were sweet, juicy, bright red, and huge!! I had to take some quick snap-shots of these beauties.
I took plain, fat-free Greek yogurt and added some raw organic agave nectar for a touch of sweetness. Perfect snack to have before heading back to the books!
I also thought I'd share some photos I took on Earth Day, since I didn't have time to post them on Sunday. :)
This is right down the street from my house. There is also a garden, which I think belongs to the neighbors across the street from it, and a nice nature trail right behind it. I definitely wanted to take some photos of that as well because I haven't been over there in a while, but I didn't get a chance to. Maybe tomorrow afternoon I will take a walk over there. :)

I plan on writing a post about the progression of my garden and how much these little guys have grown. I feel like a proud mom, haha. Stay tuned for it!
